Jack is the Quality and Safety Manager at Diversified Fluid Solutions, based in Boise Idaho. He is responsible for the governance and maintenance of the company’s quality system, serving as the liaison with external parties on matters relating to quality and the quality system, assuring the quality of incoming materials and workmanship of manufacturing.

Jack joined DFS in 2018 as the ISO Quality Systems Manager. Upon his arrival he steered our ISO certification process and through this experience - along with an extensive project management background - he continues to broaden our quality program by driving a culture of continuous improvement and the delivery of high quality products and services.

Prior to DFS, Jack spent six years delivering customized decision support services and software integrations for various entities in the Criminal Justice sector. He has over 20 years of experience in project management and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is also certified as an auditor of management systems and a trained Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) facilitator.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Montana. In his spare time, Jack enjoys golfing and exploring the beautiful State of Idaho with his family.
